THE GLOW UP is more than a retreat - it’s a vacation from your normal routines, expectations, and obligations. It’s a transformational experience where, in community, we will come together to learn more about who we are, what we actually want, and what tools can help us lead lives that just feel more “us.” Under the Santa Fe sky we will learn how to glow in the f*cking dark.
This retreat is an extension and deepening of my signature program “The Coven” where I help perfectionists overcome over-achieving so they can lead lives with more self-trust and joy.

Nope! All are welcome! But members of The Coven 3.0 do receive discounts and first dibs on retreat spots as a part of their enrollment. It pays to be a member of The Coven!

No refunds of any kind for any reason. Availability is super limited and this is a self-funded retreat so once you take a spot - it’s yours 😃 That said - you can transfer your spot to a friend, apply your payment towards the next retreat or put it towards membership in The Coven!

You can let us know who you would like to be your roommate by emailing team@taraschuster.com and we will put you together (NOTE: both people must request one another). Otherwise, we will pair you with someone we think you might like based on your intake survey.

Absolutely! We’ll have plenty of time for rest, reflection, and soak in the hot springs. This is your retreat, and we encourage you to listen to your body and do what feels best.

We’ll send a suggested packing list closer to the retreat date.

Santa Fe Regional Airport SAF (11 minutes) and Albuquerque International Sunport ABQ (1 hour drive).

We are unable to coordinate your transfer. However, as the date approaches, we will coordinate a Google Sheet so that you can carpool.

Yes! For sure, but they will need to pay a separate fee (excluding room) if they want to participate. Additionally, at this time, this retreat is only open to female identifying folks. More to come for the male identifying folks!
